PAYMENT INFO

Payment is required at time of services. We accept most major credit cards, personal checks with identification, or cash. Our office does not accept any form of insurance,  but we will give you an itemized bill that you may submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement of any covered services.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call us at (202) 775-8500. Walk-ins are also welcome (average wait time is less than 20 minutes).

If you are coming for an INS Exam or Travel Services, please bring your detailed itinerary and any immunization records (e.g. Yellow card) that you have available.

INS/Form I-693 Exam Fees| The base fees are as follows:  Medical exam $120, Syphilis testing $90 and PPD placement $45.  Please understand that any additional vaccines or blood testing will be an additional charge.
