ON-SITE FLU SHOT PROGRAM

Flu Season is coming!

About Influenza (flu)

The flu is a disease of the breathing passages caused by the influenza virus. It affects people of all ages.
The virus is spread through the air, and is as contagious as the common cold.
It can he spread by anyone who already has the flu, as well as by people who have been exposed but haven't yet developed symptoms.
This means you can be exposed and not even know it.
The flu is also much more serious than a cold.
Symptoms can be severe, including body aches, exhaustion, high fever, respiratory inflammation, congestion, cough and much more.
You can be knocked out of commission for a week or more, with some symptoms lingering up to a month.

Protect Your Staff...

Prevent Lost Time

Are you worried about absenteeism and loss of productivity during the upcoming flu season? Let us help you with that concern.
Farragut On Site Medical Services staff members are available to come to your location to administer the flu shot to those who are interested in receiving the vaccine.
Many employers have chosen to provide this benefit to their staff members as an added wellness benefit in an effort to reduce lost time and additional expenses due to illness.
