It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that Farragut Medical LLC of Washington, DC will be permanently closing as of May 30, 2025.

This has been an incredibly difficult decision for our team. For over 25 years, we have had the privilege of serving the Washington, DC community through our medical and travel clinic, offering high-quality, compassionate care. Unfortunately, the long-term effects of the COVID-19 pandemic—along with the more recent closure of USAID—have had a lasting impact on businesses in downtown DC, including ours.

As we prepare to close, we want to share the following important updates:

• • Travel, Worker’s Compensation, and Urgent Care services will no longer be available.
  • If you received travel immunizations at our clinic, your vaccine records remain accessible via our patient portal at www.PatientFusion.com
